There are many reasons why you may prefer to book a series of one-to-one sessions and there are many benefits. A one-to-one can take place in the comfort and privacy of your own home giving you the confidence to perform at your best. After undertaking a postural analysis and assessment of your lifestyle, I can devise a personalised programme and work with you to enable you to achieve your goals.
If you are new to Pilates, one-to-ones can give that extra confidence, and if you are already experienced it can give you the focus to really be your best.
