Lottie began Pilates as a means to increasing flexibility, suppleness and functional movement while playing full time Amateur golf. She very quickly fell in love with the benefits that it had to offer by helping assist with her golfing technique as well as her overall health.

After college, Lottie decided to make this hobby a lifestyle and completed her Level 3 qualification with the respected Body Control Pilates in London.

Lottie’s aim is to share with people the never ending benefits of Pilates as well as inspire people to be the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves. 

As a professional Pilates Instructor, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. 

Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Pilates involves a series of low impact exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, balance and posture whilst enhancing mental awareness. Pilates also helps with spine articulation and is a great discipline for rehabilitation and pain prevention.

By focusing on controlled movement, you gain vital body awareness and gain the ability to manage your mind and body connection, allowing you to handle stress more effectively and achieve relaxation more easily.

Pilates is designed for everyone regardless of their age or fitness level.
